New Outpatient Clinic in Pepe'ekeo

As part of Pepe'ekeo Community Development Corporation's (PCDC) commitment to our community in keeping our community informed, We want to inform you that on June 5, 2026 the Windward Planning Commission will be deciding on approving a permit for an Outpatient Clinic for the treatment of patients with treatment-resistant depression and obsessive compulsive disorder.  Additionally, we want to provide you with the information on how you can have your opinion heard.

The public may provide verbal testimony at the meeting via Zoom or at the in-person location listed above.  To testify via Zoom, please register online no later than noon on the day prior to the meeting.

Request: An application for a Use Permit to authorize the formal establishment of an outpatient medical clinic within a neighborhood zoned for single-family residential use.
Property Specifications: The clinic is proposed to operate within the first floor of an existing two-story residential dwelling positioned on a 5.74-acre parcel of land.
